Media Azi Cartoon: Is the IJC “Dangerous” for the Kremlin?
Last week, the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation commented upon the study by the Independent Journalism Center, according to which, three TV channels in the Republic of Moldova massively broadcast propaganda programs from Russia. Maria Zakharova, a spokesperson for the institution, declared that the IJC report was “politicized” and questioned the Center’s independence. Moreover, it seemed to her that “this is the way the ground for renewing the ban on Russian programs is prepared,” though it had been annulled a year ago.
